Timeless, genuine portraits of your child from the comfort of your home.
I bring the studio to you for easy and convenient portraits of your children
How it works.

My belief is that framed photos of your family on the wall are infinitely more valuable than digital photo stored somewhere to look at once and forget forever. Portraits on the wall can daily cause memories to surface and thankfulness to occur. I want to share the joy of having your child’s portraits on your walls, just like I enjoy my sons’ portraits on my family’s walls.
Faces—for me it’s all about faces. I am a father of two sons and my favorite photos of them are close-ups of their faces. No matter where we are or what we are doing, when I photograph my family I will always grab portraits of them.
There should be more, but when I look at the framed photos of my sons on the walls of our home memories come flooding in of that season of life. Even the portraits of my oldest son just before, and during, his successful bout with kidney cancer are precious to us. They remind us to be thankful we still have him with us and of how fragile our lives are. These simple portraits powerfully show who they are.

Now’s good. Time is flying by and our children are growing up too fast.
We don’t realize it, but children’s faces change so much from year to year, even from month to month. Getting their portraits done is a wonderful way to keep a record of who they are for years to come.
In short, get those portraits done sooner than later.

I offer a mobile studio experience. I come to you and photograph your children where they are likely the most comfortable—at home. I have yet to meet a parent that would rather get all the kids in the car to drive somewhere.
By working indoors with studio lighting there is no worry about the weather cooperating. I can do portraits year round. I only need a space that is roughly 10ft x 10ft, but more space is certainly appreciated.
I work within the greater Tri-Cities, Washington area, but I love to travel near and far. Please contact me about possible travel expenses if you are outside of the Tri-Cities.

Even though my portraits of your children are black and white, there are decisions to be made. From the first time we talk, I am leading the decision making process to make sure that at the end you have beautiful, heirloom quality art on your wall of your children. From guidance on clothing to frames, you will have an understanding of what we are “shooting” for at your in-home portrait session.

My session price is $150 (excluding print products). My sessions run as long we need to get great portraits of your children. With that said, even with larger families, I rarely go over two hours.
All families have different needs for their wall art, including varying budgets, and through the design process everything is customized to meet those needs. My smallest framed canvas starts at $300 and a six pack image bundle is $375.
